Fatima-Ezzahra Bouayad is a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey Company in the Paris Office. She developed a real passion for the role of innovative organizations and team leadership in a company’s performance. Most notably, she led several workshops on leadership in diverse geographies (France, Belgium, Gabon…). She is also an art enthusiast familiar with the sector, having led a design strategy effort in the cultural sector in 2015.
